FOOTBALL RULES
Minimum Time for Action:
1. The game must go at least 55 minutes for wagers to have action. Winners are determined by the final score of the game, including overtime.
2. In the event that the game is suspended afterthe55-minute mark and play is not re-established later on that same day, the score shown when the game was suspended will be counted as final for wagering purposes.
3. In the event the game is suspended before the 55-minute mark and play is not re-established later that same day, all wagers will be deemed "No Action."
Additional Rules:
1. Wagers on both full-game and second-half lines include overtime scoring.
2. Bets on fourth-quarter lines DO NOT include overtime scoring.
3. Unless the information is changed prior to the start of the match, all games must be played at the scheduled time and place for wagers to have action.
4. In the result of a tie, three-or-more-team Vegas Teasers are reduced to the next lowest payoff (i.e. a five-team Vegas Teaser turns into a four-team Vegas Teaser, four-team teasers become three-team teasers and so on). With two-team Vegas Teasers, however, keep in mind the following:
Tie and a Win = No Action
Tie and a Tie = No Action
Tie and a Loss = Loss
In all other teaser bets offered by BETONLINE.COM, a tie results in a LOSS, for wagering purposes.
5. These rules apply to both NCAA and NFL football.
6. For any instances not discussed here, Las Vegas wagering rules apply.
NFL Futures
All conference and championship wagers are considered action. In the case of a shortened season or any other unforeseen event, the winner of these said wagers is determined by the NFL. Whoever the NFL deems the winner is the winner for wagering purposes. If no winner is determined by NFL then all wagers are considered NO ACTION AND ALL MONIES ARE REFUNDED.
NFL Divisional Odds To Win
Teams must play at least 16 games in the regular season for wagers to have action. In the case of a split season and 16 games are played, the team with the best aggregate record will be deemed the winner. If two or more teams are tied with best aggregate record then the money is split between those teams. A divisional tie in a non-split season; the winner is determined by the NFL tiebreaker procedure. Whoever the NFL deems the winner via their tiebreaker rules is the winner for wagering purposes.
NCAA Football Championship
All wagers are action regardless of shortened season, or any other unforeseen event. The winner is the team winning the National Championship, also known as the Bowl Championship Series (BCS). If no winner is determined by the BCS then all wagers are NO ACTION AND ALL MONIES ARE REFUNDED. In the event that the BCS declares CO-CHAMPIONS, both teams will be considered winners, and will pay off at 50% OF THE ORIGINAL ODDS
NCAA Conference Odds To Win
All wagers are action, regardless of shortened season or any other unforeseen event. In conferences with a championship game, the winner of that game is declared the conference winner. In conferences not using a championship game, the winner is determined by the team with the best final conference record. In the case of a tie for best record in a conference NOT USING a championship game, the money will be split between each winner.
NCAA Seasonal Wins Rules:
1. Only regular-season matches will be acknowledged for season wins totals; this excludes both conference championship and bowl games.
2. If teams do not play every regular season game scheduled, then wagers will be deemed "No Action."
NCAA Conference Championship Futures Rules:
1. For wagering purposes, the winner of a conference championship game will be crowned the champion of said conference.
2. In the event that a conference has co-champions, the first team appointed by the Bowl Championship Series (BCS) will be deemed the winner for wagering purposes, while the other team(s) will be considered losers. If the BCS elects no winners, all team wagers will be deemed "No Action" and bettors will be refunded.
3. For divisional odds within a conference, the team taking part in the conference championship game is the winner of its division.

2. Arena Football Propositions will be graded using the results listed at www.Arenafootball.com.

BASKETBALL RULES
Minimum Time for Action:
1. The game has to go at least 35 minutes for wagers to have action, in the case of NCAA matches. In the case of NBA matches, the game must go at least 43 minutes.
2. Winners are determined by the final score of the game, including overtime.
3. In the event a game is suspended after thetime stipulated above and play is not re-established later on that same day, the score shown when the game was suspended will be counted as final, for wagering purposes.
4. In the event that the game is suspended beforetime stipulated above and play is not re-established later on that same day, all wagers will be deemed "No Action."
Additional Rules:
1. Wagers on both full-game and second-half lines include overtime scoring.

Any props wager involving a player statistic will be scored as 'no action', if that player does not play at least 1 minute.
NBA results are graded using stats from NBA.com
NBA basketball team must play all 82 games for wagers on its season wins to have action.
Las Vegas wagering rules will apply to any situations not covered here.

BASEBALL RULES
1. Moneyline wagers are considered official after five complete innings or 4 1/2 innings if the home team is winning. Therefore, if a game is called or suspended, the winner is determined by the score after the last full inning unless the home team scores to tie or take the lead in the bottom half of the inning, in which case the winner is determined by the score at the time the game is called.
All run line and total (over/under) wagers the game must go nine innings (8 1/2 if the home team is winning) to have action. The listed pitchers must also start to have action.
Baseball wagers will be accepted in the following manner:
Action: Wager on Team vs Team regardless of starting pitchers.
Team vs. Pitcher or Pitcher vs Team: Wager on or against one specified pitcher. The specified pitcher must start (throw one pitch) to have action.
Listed Pitchers: Both specified pitchers must start and throw at least one pitch to have action. All wagers on total runs scored and pointspreads (runlines) are always listed pitcher wagers.
In event of pitching change, all moneyline ACTION wagers will be adjusted to opening price or odds with the new starting pitcher(s) and the original risk (stake) amount will not change. All listed wagers will be deemed "NO ACTION" in the event of a pitching change.

First Five Inning Baseball Lines:
Run line and totals are always listed for the first five innings. All wagers on baseball first halves (five innings) will be decided on the basis of the score at the end of five full innings. If a game does not go the five full innings, all first-half wagers will be cancelled.
Baseball Prop Rules
Official After Nine Full Innings:
Total Hits + Runs + Errors: Listed pitchers must start. The game must go nine full innings, 8 1/2 if the home team is winning. Extra innings count.
Total Strikeouts: The game must go nine full innings, 8 « if the home team is winning. Shortened games, while official for MLB purposes, are not for this particular prop.
Team To Score The First Run: Becomes official once a team has scored.
Will There Be A Score In The First Inning ( Yes/No ): First inning must be complete to have action.
Player To Get The Most Total Bases: In the event the game does not go the distance, this wager will be official after five innings, 4 1/2 if the home team is winning.
Total Bases In The First At Bat: Will be official after five innings, 4 1/2 if the home team is winning.
1. On any prop, the player must either throw one pitch or have one plate appearance in the designated game for the wager to have action.
MLB Futures: Player vs Player Season Props:
1. For baseball player vs. player season props, if either or both players start the season on the disabled list or is sent to the minors (rather than the active roster), wagers have no action.
*All Props are always listed pitchers, no exceptions.
*All Props are graded after the game is final.
MLB Futures
All Pennant and World Series wagers are considered action. In the case of a shortened season or any other unforeseen event, the winner of said wagers is determined by MLB. Whoever MLB deems the winner is the winner for wagering purposes. If no winner is determined by MLB, all wagers are considered NO ACTION AND ALL MONIES ARE REFUNDED.
MLB Divisional Odds To Win
Teams must play at least 160 games in the regular season for wagers to have action. In the case of a split season and 160 games are played, the team with the best aggregate record will be deemed the winner. If two or more teams are tied with best aggregate record, money is split between those teams. In a divisional tie in a non-split season, the winner is determined by the MLB (usually via a non regular-season game playoff). Whoever the MLB deems the winner is also the winner for wagering purposes.
World Series Baseball Rules:
The only instances where a World Series game will end before the first nine innings are the following:
1. If a team is leading by 10 or more runs after the opposing team has batted in at least 7 innings.
2. If a team is winning by 15 or more runs after the opposing team has batted at least 5 innings.
If any of these instances come to happen, all bets have action. This includes run lines and totals.

HOCKEY RULES
Wagering will be accepted by either:
A) Money Line, e.g. -160 +140
B) Canadian (Puck) Line, e.g. -1/2 +140 and +1/2 -160
Wagering will also be accepted on total goals scored.
Overtime periods are counted in the final score.
NHL Futures
All Conference and Championship wagers are considered action. In the case of a shortened season or any other unforeseen event, the winner of said wagers is determined by the NHL. Whoever the NHL deems the winner is the winner for wagering purposes. If no winner is determined by NHL, all wagers are considered NO ACTION AND ALL MONIES ARE REFUNDED.
NHL Divisional Odds To Win

GOLF RULES
The "Field" includes all players not offered by name.
General Rules: In the event a tournament does not go the specified number of completed holes (usually 72) and the tournament is shortened by PGA officials, the winner as officially determined by the PGA will be the winner for wagering purposes. In the event that two or more golfers are tied for the lead at the end of regulation play, a sudden death playoff or a fixed amount of extra holes will determine the winner of the tournament for wagering purposes.

Odds to win: Wagering on a golfer to win a particular golf tournament.
Match-ups: Wagering on Golf is based on two players matched up.
1. If one player misses the cut, the other player is deemed the winner. If both players miss the cut, the lowest score after the cut has been made will determine the winner.
2. If a player is disqualified or withdraws after starting, either prior to the completion of two rounds or after both players have made the cut, the other player is deemed the winner.
3. If a player is disqualified during either the 3rd or 4th rounds, when the other player in the match bet has already missed the cut, the disqualified player will be considered the winner.

BOXING
1. When the bell sounds to begin the first round, the bout will be considered official for betting purposes, regardless of the scheduled length or title.
2. If the scheduled length of the match is changed, all prior wagers on the number of rounds of the bout will be graded as 'No Action'
3. Each round is three minutes in duration; a half-round is defined as ninety seconds. When wagering on total rounds, please note that a line of 9 1/2 ROUNDS, MEANS 1:30 INTO THE 10TH ROUND! Nine complete rounds, plus 1:30 of the 10th.
4. For wagering purposes, the disqualification of a boxer during a match will be counted as a knockout by his opponent.
5. If the wagering offer on a match includes the draw as a third option and the match ends in a draw, wagers on the draw will be paid while wagers on either fighter will be lost. If the wagering offer includes only the two boxers -- with the draw either not offered or offered as a separate proposition -- and the match ends in a draw, wagers on either fighter will be refunded.
In situations not covered by the previous rules, the wagering decision announced by the Don Best Sports information service will be considered official and binding.

MOTOR RACING / NASCAR RULES
If for any reason a race is delayed or postponed, action for all wagers will remain for 48 hours. In the event that the delay should last more than 48 hours, all wagers are cancelled and the accounts refunded. There are two main ways to bet on NASCAR and other motor racing events: on the out-right winner of the race or on the winner of a predetermined match-up.
Bets on Formula One (F1), Motor and Auto races are decided by the podium position on the day of the prize-giving for the particular event; any changes in position after this time is not considered for settling purposes. The driver you are wagering on must complete one lap for action. If two drivers abandon the race after completing the same number of laps, the respective head-to-head is deemed void; otherwise the driver who completes the most laps will be deemed the winner if both drivers fail to finish the race. To win the race, at least 60 per cent of the starting field must start the race for action.
NASCAR Qualifiers:
1. For qualifying match-ups, only the times posted during the qualifying session are used.
2. Disqualifications occurring more than 30 minutes after the qualifying session has ended are not recognized for wagering purposes.
3. Wagering lines on qualifying match-ups will be considered closed at the start of the first practice. Any wagers made after the start of the first practice session will be graded as No Action and all monies refunded.
Formula 1:
1. Wagers on a driver will be in effect if, and only if, the driver lines up on the official starting grid after the warm-up lap.
2. The podium positions will be used to determine first, second and third for betting purposes.
3. In head-to-head match-ups, both drivers must start the race for the wager to be considered "action".

SOCCER RULES
1. Unless otherwise specified, wagers on the outcome of a match will be decided on regulation time only. This includes two halves of play and any time the referee adds on to compensate for injuries and other stoppages. It does not include periods of extra time nor penalty shootouts.
2. Soccer betting is a three-way betting format unless otherwise specified. The bettor has to choose between the HOME TEAM, DRAW, or AWAY TEAM. All soccer matches that end in a tie after regulation time are considered a draw and only those bettors who bet the draw win their wager and those who bet the Home Team or Away Team lose their wager.
3. If a match is suspended before full time is reached and not completed the same day, wagers on the outcome of the match are considered void and all stakes shall be returned. Wagers on propositions that have not been decided shall also be voided and stakes returned. Wagers on propositions that have been decided (examples include but are not limited to: first goalscorer if a goal has been scored; first-half wagering if the first half is complete; first card if a player has been sent off or booked) will be settled and paid.

TENNIS RULES
BetOnline.com accepts wagers on all major tennis events using straight money lines.

Retirement or Disqualification:
1. Head-to-Head Match-ups:
Two full sets must be completed for wagers to stand. If less than two sets are completed, all wagers are considered void.
Example : Nadal 6-3, 4-6, 2-0 (Roddick retired due to injury). All wagers stand. Nadal declared the winner while Roddick is deemed the loser.
Example : Nadal 6-3, 2-0 (Roddick retired due to injury). All wagers considered void.
2. Sets Betting:
If a tennis match is not completed because of a player retirement or disqualification, all set wagers are considered void. Such wagers will be canceled and the monies refunded.
3. Prop Betting:
If a tennis match is not completed because of a player retirement or disqualification, all prop wagers are considered void. Such wagers will be canceled and the monies refunded, with some exceptions pertaining to the completion of an individual set.
Example: To Win First Set (Must Complete First Set)
Correct Score of First Set (Must complete First Set)
Delay or Suspension:
1. If a tennis match is completed, all wagers stand as written. A delay in the start of a match will not affect the standing of wagers, nor will a suspension, as long as play is resumed and the match completed.
2. In the event a match does not go the specified number of sets, and the match is shortened by tournament officials, the leader determined to be official by tournament officials shall be the winner.
Example : A match is scheduled for five sets, but only three sets can be played because of weather. The leader at the end of three sets would be declared the winner.
Futures (Ante post) Betting:
All futures (Ante post) bets have action. Should a player withdraw before a tournament begins, bets on that player to win the tournament will lose.
Change of Venue or Playing Surface:
If the venue or playing surface for a match is changed, the wagering odds for match bets will be adjusted. Match bets placed at the pre-adjustment odds are void. Futures or Ante post wagers will stand.

FREE PLAY RULES
1. Free Plays can only be wagered on:
- FOOTBALL (NFL / NCAA)
- BASKETBALL (NBA / NCA / WNBA)
- MLB Major League Baseball
- NHL
2. They can be used only on straight wagers and parlays and teasers.
3. When a customer wins a free play, he receives the win amount only.
4. No point buying is allowed.
5. Ties lose.
5. Free plays do not expire.
6. All free plays are subject to a rollover requirement, no exceptions.
7. It is only the amount that you win from the free play that gets added to your account balance.
When using a Free Play on a Parlay, the client may not play both sides of the same game at BetOnline.com. If a client plays both sides of the same game then any winning wagers on the game will be cancelled.

If you play New England Patriots in a parlay, we ask you not to play Denver Broncos in another parlay, likewise if you play over 32 1/2 in one parlay we ask you not to play under 32 1/2 in another parlay.
NOTE: Unless otherwise specified by an Account Management Representative, when you receive a bonus for making a deposit you must roll over the amount you deposited (plus any fees that BetOnline.com may have covered), plus the Free Play OR any winnings that may have derived from the Free Play bonus, the specified amount of times. Whatever winnings result from the bonus needs to be rolled over along with the deposit amount and fees that earned you that bonus. For example, if you deposit $1000 and your fees are $15, BetOnline.com will credit your account the full $1015 + $350 Free Play Deposit Bonus. So, If you have a 7-time rollover assigned for that deposit bonus, you must roll the entire ($1015 + FP or winnings from FP) $X amount 7 times. PAYOUT RULES
- All payouts can be requested during the entire week and they are processed from Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM ET to 1:00 PM ET.
- No third party payouts are allowed.
- All our customers must cash out their funds using the same methods used for deposits if the option is available.
- If making credit card deposits, before you can take a payout, your credit card documentation must be on file. This documentation is Picture ID and Card Copies both sides.
- All the documentation needed must be sent before 1pm ET for the payout to be processed the same day.
- Neteller payouts can’t be used by customer residing in USA, Canada or Turkey.
- Bank Wire instructions must be sent via email or fax every time that you request a payout through this method.
- If a check deposit was made, we need 15 business days as per the clearance time before a payout can be requested.
- Max payout per day is $5,000. This applies to all payout methods. The max may be lower depending on the payout method chosen for that day.
- Freeplays must be used prior to requesting a payout otherwise they will be cancelled.
